If something we published is wrong, unfair or unclear, tell us. This page explains how to raise it, what we will do, and how long it should take.
This is the most common case and the easiest to fix. Email admin@aitmultiverse.com with:
We check it against the source ourselves. If you are right, we correct the page. Where the correction changes what the page was telling people to do, we say on the page that it was corrected and when.
Use the same address for anything larger: content you believe is misleading, an advertising or affiliate placement you think is not properly disclosed, a privacy or data-protection concern, or a copyright claim. Put “Complaint” in the subject line so it is not treated as a routine correction.
Tell us what happened, which site and page it concerns, and what you would like us to do. If you are complaining on behalf of an organisation, say which.
For requests about personal data (access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing) write to admin@aitmultiverse.com and put “Data request” in the subject line. Our privacy policy sets out what we hold and why. If you are in the EU and are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may complain to your national data protection authority; in Cyprus that is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
If you believe material on one of our sites infringes your copyright, email us with the page address, the material concerned, proof that you hold the right, and your contact details. We review promptly and remove or credit the material where the claim is sound.
Our sites are information sites. We are not a party to anything you buy, and we cannot intervene in a dispute between you and a car dealer, a university, a veterinary practice, a bank or a retailer. We are also not able to give veterinary, medical, legal, financial or immigration advice, and we will say so rather than guess.
One address for everything: admin@aitmultiverse.com. It reaches the company directly, not a ticket queue that goes nowhere.
