This notice explains what personal data A.I.T. Multiverse Consulting Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects through aitmultiverse.com, why, and what rights you have. We are based in Nicosia, Cyprus, and we act as the data controller for the processing described here. You can reach us at admin@aitmultiverse.com.
What we collect, and why
When you contact us
Our contact and enquiry forms collect the details you type into them (typically your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your enquiry) together with the technical information that accompanies any web request, such as your IP address and browser. We use this only to read and answer your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you are asking about our services, the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
When you raise a support ticket
Our support system stores the contact details and the content of the tickets you submit, so that we can provide and manage support. Where you are a client, the legal basis is the performance of our contract with you; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in operating a support service.
Spam filtering
Submissions are checked by an anti-spam service, which receives the submitted content and technical details in order to judge whether it is spam. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site usable.
Analytics
We use two kinds of analytics. One is a self-hosted, aggregate measure of page views that does not use tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you. The other is Google Analytics, delivered through Google Site Kit and Google Tag Manager, which does set cookies and does involve Google as a recipient of data. Google Analytics runs only where you have given consent through our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time from our cookie policy page.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiling. Data is handled on our behalf by our hosting provider, our email provider, our spam-filtering provider and, where you have consented, Google. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers make available, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence and support tickets for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a reasonable business record, and no longer than is necessary for that purpose. If you would like your correspondence deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our processing where we rely on legitimate interests, and ask for your data in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email admin@aitmultiverse.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus, or to the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
