A.I.T. Multiverse Consulting Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website aitmultiverse.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are a data controller registered in the Republic of Cyprus and we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. What data we collect
- Contact form data — name, email, phone, message — when you submit any form on this site.
- Analytics data — anonymised browsing data via Google Analytics and Google Search Console (page views, country, device, referrer). IP addresses are anonymised.
- Cookies — strictly necessary cookies for site functionality, plus optional analytics cookies that you can decline via the consent banner.
2. Why we collect it
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, fulfil services you have requested, and improve our website. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data with anyone.
3. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of (a) your consent, (b) performance of a contract, (c) our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
4. Your rights

5. Retention
We keep contact-form submissions for 24 months unless we enter a business relationship, in which case we retain records for the duration of the relationship plus 6 years for legal and tax purposes.
6. Third parties
We use Google Analytics, Google Search Console and our hosting provider (GoDaddy) as data processors. All operate under GDPR-compliant data-processing agreements.
